What is the Ultimate Auction?
The Ultimate Auction is Ursuline Academy's largest annual fundraising event that supports financial assistance programs and scholarships for our young women. Currently almost 50% of UA students receive some kind of financial aid. Your support of this event helps to ensure that all young women who are admitted to UA are able to receive a coveted Ursuline education.
When and where is the Ultimate Auction?
The Ultimate Auction is traditionally held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. This year, that is November 23, 2024.
The Ultimate Auction takes place in the Besl Theatre at Ursuline Academy, however, we use the gym entrance and hallway, as well as the Schildmeyer Gallery for entrance into the event. The address of the school is:

What do I wear to the Ultimate Auction?

Who can attend the Ultimate Auction?
Anyone over the age of 21 may attend the Ultimate Auction.
What food and beverage options are available at the Ultimate Auction?
As you enter the event, you are greeted by our open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. For dinner, you will be served a three course meal and the open bar will be available. As the Live Auction winds to a close, you will find some late night snacks to carry you on your way, whether that be home to bed or out on the town!
Please let us know when purchasing your admission if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Why do I need to put my credit card information in before the Ultimate Auction?
We ask you to enter a credit card to associate with their bidder number for the ease of check out at the end of the night for all bids won and purchases made. UA does not charge credit cards until the Monday following the Ultimate Auction. If there is a problem with any of the charges on your account, please contact us and we will be happy to make things right.
Can I pick my bidder number?
Bidder numbers are assigned in our system using an algorithm that optimizes the ability of the auctioneer to determine different bidders, so we are not able to choose bidder numbers for individuals.
Can you seat me with my friends?/Can I pick my table?
When purchasing tickets, there is a space for a 'Group Name'. Please enter the same Group Name if you wish to sit with others who have purchased tickets to the event. Another option is to purchase a table, which offers a discount on each ticket as well as ease of seating. Specific tables are not available for selection due to a number of factors, but no matter where you sit we promise you'll have a great time!
Can you ship my items to me?
UA will not ship items to winners. Items are available for pickup after the Ultimate Auction, and guests are encouraged to pick up their winnings on their way out. We will also have a pick up time on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Schildmeyer Gallery.
