The UA Mothers’ Club Board looks forward to seeing you on Sunday, March 22, from 1:30-4:30p.m. at the Mercantile Immersive at 120 E 4th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
We have been gathering our favorite garden-party attire in preparation for an afternoon tea & treats sprinkled with friends, fashion, and English garden charm.
When You arrive:
- There is Complimentary Valet at the main entrance.
- Should you choose to park, there are several lots nearby to choose from as well as on-street parking. Mercantile suggests Fountain Square Parking Garage or the Scripp's Center Garage as great options!
- Handicap Accessible Drop off Entrance is available at 115 East 5th Street
1:30- 2:45pm: Savor, Sip, Socialize & Shop
- Enjoy an amazing afternoon tea grazing table with an array of savory and sweet finger foods while sipping on your choice of tea, fruit infused waters and juices.
- Visit our bar to pick up a bubbly or wine if you are +21. Cash and credit cards accepted.
- Socialize with friends and take photos. Every wall is a photo opportunity like you’ve never experienced- we cannot wait for you to be wowed!
- Buy a Grand Raffle ticket for a chance to win the Ultimate Mother Daughter Experience:

- Mother Daughter pampering at the Woodhouse ($350 value)

- Play your Basket Raffle tickets by dropping them in the boxes in front of any or all of the amazing baskets in our raffle area (one basket win per person).

- Online pre-order raffle ticket sales close at midnight on March 16. Tickets pre purchased by March 16th will be printed with your information.
- You can also buy tickets at the show via credit cash, Venmo, or check.
- Helpful Hint: For Day of Raffle Ticket purchases bring some address labels to avoid writing your name on tickets!
- Shop at one of our seven fabulous boutiques: Kendra Scott, How Cute Is That?, Co-Op, Noonday, Mercantile on Main, A Style Breeze, and Lilac and Lily!
- Sarah Geers, UA English teacher and professional photographer, will be circulating with her camera. These free photos will be shared after the event.
- If you shopped ‘til you dropped a bag check will be available thanks to our fabulous Dads’ Club volunteers!
2:45pm: Gather Around the Runway for the Senior Mother Daughter Runway Show
Enjoy the senior moms and daughters as they model outfits from stores all over Cincinnati in a true runway setting! The show starts promptly at 3pm!
- Reserved Sections will be labeled for Class of 2030, Seniors attending that are not in the Show, and our Ultimate Auction Fashion Show winners.
- All other attendees, fill in as you wish.
- Don’t worry, there is not a bad seat in the house!
4pm: Finale & Basket Winners Announced
- Make any final boutique purchases.
- Pick up any baskets you won. Each basket will be labeled with the winners name and our Dads’ Club Volunteers can help you locate your basket
