Anyone over the age of 18 who purchases a ticket may win this raffle. Pursuant to Federal and Ohio tax laws, we must receive a complete __ form from the winner before the check for $10,000 can be issued. The Winner is also welcome to donate the money back to the Ultimate Auction, if they so desire.
